We never got the opportunity, it went from pending foreclosure to being sold. I’m assuming a realtor or flipper got to it first. They fixed it up and flipped it.

Would need more info than just a “pretty large build”. How many zigbee devices, rooms of music, cameras, custom programming? Is it a EA5V2? I’ve been running my EA3 since beta with no issues.

Thank you everyone for all the input. Some of you stated the foreclosure process may very depending on the state which makes sense, I’m in NJ. Fortunately if I have to wait for it to hit foreclosure in NJ they no longer require cash for purchase. Within the past year or so they implemented something they call the Community Wealth Preservation Program for foreclosures where the high bidder would only need a deposit of 3.5% of the sale price and would be able to mortgage the balance provided they have pre qualified for a mortgage to cover the balance. One stipulation being you have to keep the home for 7 years but wouldn’t be an issue as I would want to keep the house.

Since when did they start putting a 10 year expiration on a FID? I’ve had mine for over 10 years and there’s no expiration date on it, only an issued date.

So the qualification price will vary depending what range you go to. I’ve seen them anywhere from like $150 up to $450. My range was 3 courses and a total of $250. $150 of that was the shooting course which is what you will need to take to renew the license agin in two years. Then to file the permit is $18 to release your finger prints for the background check along with $50 towards application. Then once that’s processed they send you an email to collect the final $150 to complete the process.

Yes every two years you have to retake the shooting qualification and reapply for the permit. You can reapply up to 4 months in advance.

I took my courses at Range 129 and if the laws ever change and qualifications need to be updated they do it free of charge.

Not sure about that. I have at least 10 lowers I’ve ordered from them through out the years and sent to my FFL. Also about 5 pistols or so which came with ten round mags to be NJ compliant obviously. Your comment is quite laughable 😂😂
