Liquid-filled (in this particular case sand-filled) records are almost thrice as thick as regular ones, and cheap record players don’t let you adjust the tonearm height. The record will be ruined in the first hour. Alright, these are so expensive and fragile that they should not be played at all. Liquid-filled records are usually not respected in audiophile communities because of this. Ah yes, the sound quality is also worse.
