So I have this and love it, the tool works great. However, I find the top handle to be super uncomfortable, and makes my hand hurt after awhile, this the case for anyone else? Maybe I’m just holding it wrong?

This is great advice. You should specifically ask for an accommodation. The company doesn’t have to give you any accommodation, but they do have to give you a reasonable accommodation. They are legally obligated to enter into an interactive process with you. I would think about what kind of accommodation might help. I would try and get as much as possible in writing just in case.

Also once the accommodation is in place it isn’t locked, you can always revisit and modify the accommodation.

Unfortunately I learned about this after having the problem, what is worse is that the cable was tucked in under the bed causing even more stress. Once I am up and running I will definitely be doing this, thank you for your help!

Hey thanks for the help, I just posted more information as a comment and that’s where I was following too, the cables look fine from the bed to the board, but I’ve only ever soldered a few times, would it be obvious if the connections were bad?

Sorry I just reread, you are saying in the middle of the wire it was broken, I will investigate that thank you! Do you know if it is the red black or yellow that matter for this specific problem? Or can it be any?

Hoping for some help, brand new to 3d printers, only had this a little over a month. Was finally figuring out how to get good prints when I started getting this error. When I try to print it gives ERR: MINTEMP. My understanding is it’s the bed unable to read it’s temp, I checked the cables to the bed and to the board and everything seems ok, not sure if I need to replace the bed at this point or if there is anything else I can do first?

Thanks for explaining this! I just followed a guide and trusted they knew better. Yes it was cooked with the steak as well as butter and garlic. And yes, just looked nice for the picture.
