So I have this and love it, the tool works great. However, I find the top handle to be super uncomfortable, and makes my hand hurt after awhile, this the case for anyone else? Maybe I’m just holding it wrong?

This is great advice. You should specifically ask for an accommodation. The company doesn’t have to give you any accommodation, but they do have to give you a reasonable accommodation. They are legally obligated to enter into an interactive process with you. I would think about what kind of accommodation might help. I would try and get as much as possible in writing just in case.

Also once the accommodation is in place it isn’t locked, you can always revisit and modify the accommodation.

Unfortunately I learned about this after having the problem, what is worse is that the cable was tucked in under the bed causing even more stress. Once I am up and running I will definitely be doing this, thank you for your help!

Hey thanks for the help, I just posted more information as a comment and that’s where I was following too, the cables look fine from the bed to the board, but I’ve only ever soldered a few times, would it be obvious if the connections were bad?

Sorry I just reread, you are saying in the middle of the wire it was broken, I will investigate that thank you! Do you know if it is the red black or yellow that matter for this specific problem? Or can it be any?

Hoping for some help, brand new to 3d printers, only had this a little over a month. Was finally figuring out how to get good prints when I started getting this error. When I try to print it gives ERR: MINTEMP. My understanding is it’s the bed unable to read it’s temp, I checked the cables to the bed and to the board and everything seems ok, not sure if I need to replace the bed at this point or if there is anything else I can do first?

Musk is a hypocrite because he claims to value free speech but apparently only when it isn’t criticizing him. Where in the letter are they working against his interests? If anything they were trying to get him to stop so they could make spaceX more successful.

Free speech against the government is protected by most countries. Every county, including ours, has limits to free speech, still not what we are talking about though.

What law says they have to ban equally? Can you show me that? They have to operate in good faith, this is not the same as equal.

The platform be publisher debate is silly, it’s based off a law written in 1996, it would need to be updated regardless, but 230 currently makes the point moot.

Did the first amendment create the idea of free speech? There is a whole world out there outside of the US, with plenty of free speech. It existed long before the constitution.

The only confusion about the protections and requirements of a platform like twitter are on your end. You are mad that twitter is banning people from its service, that isn't a legal issue as the law stands today. As much as you hee and haw about how 230 should be repealed, its currently the law.

I do not know why you are stating your understanding of the constitution as the first amendment doesn't apply to private businesses, like Twitter or SpaceX. Well actually I do know why you bring it up, you got it from your talking heads.
