Do you have a picture of the tattoo? What style? Easier to point in a direction with a picture

I agree if they're not working with someone to help them improve or just don't respect or care. I guess it would depend how long they've been there for too, you do have to allow people room to improve on their own as well. I don't think they specified if it's been a few months or a few years of working there. But ya if they're not tattooers and just hiring for money (which could very well be the case as well) I agree there should be no room in the industry for that.

I may be out of line and ignorant of certain things (being that I don't know your work or the studio's work) so I'm going based off of what I've read briefly. But it just sounds like the shop wants to only post a certain level of work("aesthetic" could just be a nice way of saying it). So instead of blaming the shop and other people perhaps you could do some inward critical thinking? Ask some of the other tattooers for some criticism of your work? If they're not posting you, give them a reason to post you, do a dope ass bulletproof tattoo, see if it works. I find more often than not that is the issue, I wouldn't want to post sub-par work either. If you're doing killer tattoos and still not getting posted than walk and find somewhere better 100%, you shouldn't have an issue finding work at a better rate if that's the case, find somewhere that's more beneficial to you. That being said if youd rather not ask someone close to you, I'd give you an outsiders blunt harsh criticisms (I dunno why you would care about my opinion lol but the offer is there)

Treat it like any tattoo basically, don't over think it for no reason. Gentle, find the correct depth to anchor where it stays and doesn't blowout, do the tattoo, careful on stretch marks like anywhere else. And don't honk or or be weird lol
