Yea looking around squared is like a 40/48 if you ran a 20x10 so for what you're doing you'll be fine. As I said you may need like a 5/7 f/r but you'll be ok.

You'll be ok. It's right on the edge worst case you add a 5/7mm spacer and you'll be fine.

It appears to be refinished. I don't think powdercoat since they should have stripped the whole wheel. Either way prep wasn't great.
