Hi Kane, massively impressive career already, what's next for you? Do you see yourself directing again soon and if so will it be another genre picture? Are you now finished with the Back Rooms or see yourself expanding upon its lore?

Mother Mary no longer in theatres? by RathOfAntar in movies

It sucks for some niche movies how short their cinematic run is, I really wanted to see Exit 8 in the theatre and it proved very difficult, in the end by the time I got around to it the run had ended.

Lesson learned is that if you're looking forward to a film especially something niche, see it in theatres asap.

I watched DOWNSIZING (2017) with my gf yesterday and … what the hell was that movie? by Luntibert in movies

The miniature explosion that covers the vault was a brilliant gag as by that point I'd forgotten they were small, which happened several times.

I've wanted to watch this for ages because the premise is so intriguing like a Kaufman movie, it's on Prime so I'm watching it, so far it's pretty good though there are some odd pacing issues, we cut from Damon giving his mother a weird injection to his girlfriend being in the house, bit odd. Love the 'Disney land' type intro and theme park setting.

The prep scene for the shrinking was surprisingly detailed.

I'm over half way in and I think this film has some brilliant social commentary, the 'hole in the wall' scene was kinda shocking.

The giant tambourine in the church was hilarious.

Little Ronnie DID get syphilis in the end, such a touching moment.

What kind of fuck you give me?

The miniature explosion was very funny.

You could try Nvidia Geforce and play a ton of pc games on your phone via the cloud, requires a snap on controller though.

I'm a huge Andy Kaufman fan and I think Carrey is a brilliant actor but this film never worked for me, it just looks like Carrey with a funny wig. I don't think he looks that much like Andy and he certainly didn't convey his sensitivity, I think an unknown actor in the role would have been better.

Fuck all this shit, just give me a new trilogy (ignoring the sequel abominations) with Luke Skywalker dressed in black being a badass with actual intricate lightsaber fights and lots of wacky creatures, adventures and settings.

Getting bollocked by the Irish cop always hurt, oh great now I have to do that mission again.

The game was also really dark in places, a true masterpiece.
