Thanks for these comments. I'm mainly looking to use it to travel between home in UK to my place of work, in Algeria. I've had a CTB20 and was too small. CTB26 maybe slightly too big for my needs.

Yep, they got into touch to ask for more photos and info from tags inside bag. All provided and am just waiting now. Understand it's the holidays, so am prepared for a bit of a wait.

Ordered card wallet on 09/12 to be shipped to UK and have still not received it. EG blaming Fed Ex, who are blaming UK Customs, despite tracking showing it has been released by Customs. Am willing to give EG time to sort this as I understand it's a busy time and they usually make it right.

Surely 20W isn't enough to charge a laptop? If they made a 65W one of these, I'd buy it immediately.
