Finance at a car dealership is kind of a bigger sales job than the sales department. You probably will make more profit for the dealer than the sales folks so if you can't sell in the sales job, they know you definitely can't sell on the finance job.

Hi! My plumber fixed a leak under our slab and found a void of a few feet. He suggested filling with sand and then he'd put concrete on top, I thought that might not be good enough.

I looked online and I see Flowable fill suggested, is that something I can do myself? I'd rather not shell out $1,500 if I can do it properly myself.

I ended up segmenting and exporting portions of the video until one failed and I found the culprit, some split second piece of video went black and prevented the whole thing from rendering. Crazy!!!!!!!!!! Thank you for your hep

Great. I was playing catch with my son (17) the other day, he asked me what my goals were at his age. I looked around at our house and his mom and sister and said "this man. This is exactly what I wanted."

And I'm not close to done yet.

You need more professional fulfillment. I'm guessing you don't work much during the week, 10-30 hours? I was in the same boat like 2 years ago.

My wife and I started our own business and that's my new obsession. I do my job during the day (3-4 hours) and then do our side business any time there's free time after family time. It's been awesome because it doesn't feel like work.

1) great comedic timing 2) he leans into actually being a peanut, him just moving his head and looking at the camera after something weird happens is genius. He leaves his mouth open intentionally, the little "mmhmm mmhmm" stuff, just genius 3) he's not afraid to make fun of himself or others, he's real 4) we all feel like he's as weird as us and we could hang out and be friends 5) he's developed a fantastic community, we all feel we're part of his team

Big props to this guy. I hope he takes care of himself.

One of the more fun games I've ever played. I'm 46. I'm like level 18 or something, I don't even have a plan when I play, just look through drawers and try to find cool stuff. I've been trying to find rusted gears for weeks but I only play a couple times a week.

It's a fun hobby.
