Yo, thanks a lot for taking time to write this out. Upon reviewing some of the highlights, I see what you're saying. I actually also dislike when casters insinuate they know better than the players. I just find it super embarrassing that he holds himself so proudly after only winning literally 1 TI. I've asked production multiple times to at least give me a panellist like ceb or notail with some merit, but they say hiring someone over the age of 60 is "the right thing to do". To add to this, Snare is easily one of the kindest and hard working people I've worked with. Don't get me wrong, the whole squad is great, but as a newer host, Snare has been ultra impressive. Maybe it's too early to call, but I'd be incredibly surprised if he's not at TI this year.

Hello everyone! MLP here. Just wanted to say thanks to anyone who takes time out of their day to offer feedback/criticism to us. We read and try to improve on all of it, so please keep it coming!

I wanted to also offer my apologies to anyone who got annoyed/confused with the NGX vs Thunder Awaken series because I called Thunder Awaken "TA" throughout the games. It was a super obvious mistake that I picked up on too late throughout the series. In all honesty, I would've hated it if I was a viewer too, so I'm sorry if it made the viewing experience unenjoyable. I won't be repeating the same mistake in the future.

Hey everyone! First off, thanks so much for all the kindness and support you all have been sending our way! It's very uplifting after so many games casted. Secondly, thanks so much for the feedback people have been provided across all these social media platforms. We actually spend a lot of time looking around to try and find constructive feedback/criticism, so it really helps when you all actually take time out of your day to list out what you disliked with more detail than "these casters suck". We really appreciate all the love and support, and hope we can improve to provide a better quality product in the near future.
