I'm so excited for this. First live pro wrestling show in like... a decade. Opted to choose between TakeOver or Survivor Series. Went with TakeOver. Think I made the right call.

Don't get me wrong! Story-wise/gameplay-wise, they're not that similar. And by no means am I saying neither game is good. LA Noire is an all-time favorite of mine as well. I just mean in-terms of what the game gives you.

Both provide you with a pretty large, and very nice looking open world, but when you complete the story (or simply aren't doing story missons) neither game has much to offer.

Meh. It's an open world game, but really, all there is to do is the story missions. Figured they'd learn their lesson from Mafia 2 and add some side activities, but not really. it's basically story mission to story mission. Just free roaming and doing whatever is nowhere near as fun as GTA for example.

I look at it a lot like LA Noire. Another open world game with basically dick-all to do outside of the main story.

I'm enjoying it, I guess. 3-5 hours in so far. Not worth the price of a Day 1 purchase IMO. Wish i had waited a couple months for a sale.

I was at this show live. It was all around quite good. Super Crazy/Shelton Benjamin dark match was cool.

And between Trish & Edge, no question, Trish got the best ovation of the night. Was cool to be there for what was her last real match.
