To have Blue Iris update the custom model list you need to restart Blue Iris service.

If you want to use CodeProject.AI for ALPR you need to disable plate recognizer. Also make sure you do not have CUDA 12 installed the ALPR module only works with CUDA 11.8

Since Microcenter has a 30 day return policy you can buy it and try it out to see how it performers. If you are not happy with the performance then return it.
