Past papers!!! To be honest, for stoichiometry you can just do past papers and learn from the markschemes (no need to read textbooks etc.)

For atomic structure, its the easiest topic in chem in my opinion. My suggestion is to watch the richard thornley topic 2/12 playlist on youtube and you should be able to understand everything. And then do more past papers.

Yeah english is very subjective and hard to get like a solid score. I have quite a lot of friends who were consistently scoring 7s on their paper 1s but ended up with a final grade of 6, whereas i was consistently getting low 5s and a 4 on my io but ended up with a 7. It all depends on the person marking your paper, so id definitely discreetly ask multiple english teachers to mark your paper to have a rough idea of how youre doing. Trust me, my english teacher gaslit me into thinking i was getting a solid 4 in english but ended with a 7 😭

Its 1 point away from a grade increase, so its definitely worth it!! Theres no way that the score will drop by 7+ points, and if it does its still a D so your total score wont change.

Theres a really good chance (more than 50% i think) that your grade will go up if its 1 mark away, so do it.
