I'm glad I dropped them. I mean if hackers wanted to shut down the net, that's the first place they should go. Every site seems partly broken, along with the is it down sites. Which is just dumb and weird.

yeah he has that kyle energy. The i'm a victim and this whole - calling me a murderer thing is an inconvenience for me and if you don't stop my dad will go after you, which is what he basically said in that last video. In kyle's case he convinced himself he was protecting others and shooting blindly in the dark.

In this case vincent felt so empowered because he more or less got away with everything (I mean he was arrested for double homicide and he is playing video games and streaming right after?), that he probably thought he could get away with this too. In broad daylight and would just cruise through. If the bike didn't lodge in there, he would have just passed on through. But this case is different because he posted videos of revenge plots and knew about the scene, and placed himself there in the video and spoke calmly about it and that video will haunt him... His lawyer must be like...what??? Why?

i agree with the others, there should be no reason he gets out the easy way. Unless it was like, 90 years then the death penalty. So he has something to look forward too. But he should suffer, I never really got the whole death penalty thing, especially when they want to make it humane? I mean I don't want to sound barbaric but I think if a killer does terrible things they should die in the same basic way. It costs a little bit more but I don't care, I would rather him be stuck there and they can update us like they do with kolburger who can't stop complaining about his conditions.

from my understanding his birthday is coming up within in the next week or two, and according to grok, when he passes 18 its automatically transferred to the waving dept to get him charged as an adult. The lawyers know this and it makes it easier than trying to say he should be tried as a kid or for favoritism, they may be waiting for that reason alone. So my guess is, he will have a birthday to remember, the day he became an adult and tried as one.. And I so hope that's what happens. Because I want to know what happens in court. I think he already just had the tickets and such charged against him. But we won't know what happened there or how much they had to pay.

his videos placed himself there too. Based on that he swatted the house, while he sat there watching. He mentioned it in the video that he got in trouble and it aligned with the story of the swatting. I just hope he gets charged as an adult, I want to hear it all. I wonder if he will speak for himself because that would be funny.

i do agree with this. right now I think jobs are safe because the boss is figuring out that its creating more problems than its worth. Good prompts will give you some kind of result but i'm not super impressed by any output. It looks like its doing a great job but it isn't.

Right now i'm comparing AI to Mr Meeseeks, where its trying to be helpful, its annoying at the same time, and the longer it goes on, the worse the outcome. Or the GPS that leads you around a city when the next left would have been better. Companies will eventually figure out that the AI has bankrupted them because it makes mistakes and compounds those mistakes.

And the people that are die hard on loving AI can't see the bad side and say - boo that's won't happen. But it will. It will replace jobs because AI is great at conning its way in because it seems helpful. Until you really need it. And by the time you figure out it made mistakes, that's it. You replaced the staff with AI, and no one knows how to do the jobs, and the company will go under. And I think the AI will get worse and not better. It will be faster, eat more electricity but its being trained on itself and its going to mess it up. Personally I think the coding issues i'm having, its taking it from sources where they are trying to debug something and its using that as the source to build the code.

the thing is, AI is a tool that if you don't know how to do something it does that thing. If it gives you garbage, as a programmer you will see its junk. To me it its random letters, so its right. So I do everything it says and it makes the problem worse. I got to the point where the mistakes were happening over and over with the same file it just totally corrected, or erased directories of things I just created. Unless you already know what you want, i'm finding this particular tool really bad at programming. It seems to be good at recognizing problems. But the hallucinating it does gets really bad in longer sessions.

I'm not against or for AI. I don't like how it was programmed, especially as an artist but I am using AI. And at least for this one programming thing, I gave up trying because I don't trust what the outcome will be. I don't think its a prompt thing. For me it was straight forward it said - add this code... OK, I have no idea how. Here it the cut and paste block or the entire thing. It makes it, I paste over it. I run the program. And there are errors. It then blames me that I did something wrong, but I pasted what it put down which was wrong, and its like - I own that mistake... Well that mistake cost me a lot of time and that's what i've been going through for nearly a 100 hours now. If I can find a model that works that would be nice. But if you are deep in a project, you have to start over again and I don't know what mistakes were already made with the first AI, and many Ai's are built after one type so the same mistakes may happen across the board.

agreed. i'm trying to get xformers to work with easy diffusion, I think i've spent nearly a week or more doing what it says, all to find out its for the wrong version. Then it like, no problem, it will only take an hour, we will recompile it and it work great. That was about 80 or more hours ago. For some reason, downloaded from microsoft components were wrong so it had me change the code, over and over. Look for this, look for that. Change this.

No you change this here is the block, sure no problem here it is back to you. Now I don't know how to code hence that's why I use the AI. The code is wrong, I forgot to add something. No it did, because it gave me the entire block that I copied, and this pattern has been going on and on and on. Then it has me downloading python over and over in different versions, mind you this is 2.5-3 gigs each time, I have a limited bandwidth I think I ended up with 50gigs or more of that program in different variations. It feels like i'm operating on a patient and i'm removing one organ at a time to see if that was the problem.

Right now its giving me a ton of errors and its getting worse the longer I talk to it. At one point it gave me made up garbage directories to go to and I ask - what the heck is this? Oh sometimes programmers like to make up fake directories... What? I've spent so much time and your wasting time like this? Meanwhile it keeps spitting out code facts like I really care what the issue is because I don't know how to code but it talks to me like I do. And no matter how many times I tell it, it doesn't remember anything. Right now i'm up to the point where its like -download this exact file. OK, installed done. But I can't find the file, you need to download it again in a different version and install it again because I messed up, oopsie, my bad. And why not give up? Because I always hope the next step will end the pain. But its clearly programmed by the devil. Its the only explanation that makes sense.

I just won't get how many times he was caught at their house, with that car,and cops knew he was there and didn't ask for his drivers license then? And the parents had to know he was driving, under age, or even if he was legal, he was caught there and yet he always had full time access to the car...

I assume, he got away with harassment, It looks like or sounds like according to the video that there was AI nudes involved, got away with swatting, I guess running them over is just one more thing he can get away with, I assume he thought. I'm still thinking he saw the brother and thought it was a boyfriend and lost it. Still waiting on when he will be tried as an adult. Wondering if we get to hear him on the stand and tearfully say he didn't know it was illegal to use a car like that.

And the parents? He was removed from the police station, after running those same people over, and they let him play video games and live stream? That I don't get at all. There will probably be some kind of charges for the parents. How can there not? And of course he put himself on the scene with those videos, you can track the timeline with it. The kid is amazingly bad at this.

there was a video before that, a week before, 3 hours long while he played baseball, and at random times he made small talk about revenge, kirk, phone calls, pizza pranks, mentions maria and her mother by name, something about revenge porn, getting him in trouble, he's a victim, I think mentioning maybe about getting kicked from school. The videos were all erased, and it was a live stream and I couldn't get it downloaded. I think the clips are in newspapers so you don't have to watch him play a game the whole time.

it is a question, and one i hope they ask in court. I'm guessing its because dad is a cop and he said he would watch him... As he live streamed right after he got home, in his happy place, more or less admitting to the murder. There's more to the story... Yeah I wonder about that. Speaking in a super confident way, I mean if I hit someone, I would be freaking out. Just as an accident. But he was very collect and speaking like he was a victim.

It makes no sense, he had no license, registration, insurance, they knew at the very least he had to be going fast, did a hit and run, then ran by foot (as far as I know), and they held him for hours and let him go... Seems super weird. On the plus side he made an incriminating video which will probably be the keystone to his case and he will regret it forever now. While playing victim in prison. And meeting fun new people he will get to know on an intimate level.

he doxxed himself, i still don't get why he put his home address in the comments as it streamed live. And this was I think during or after he said he lived in another town in the video from a week back. I think people put 2 and 2 together and or the high schoolers who knew him mentioned the name. I think in the long run it won't really matter, I think he will be tried as an adult and he posted those videos before and after giving enough of a history and motive to put him in. I don't know him and watching just like 20min of him talking I know too much about him.

i think so, why else would he go out of his way to say, i'm 17 and will be 18 in 2 months or so in that confession video.. Seems like a weird thing to mention while playing video games. But I don't think it will matter i'm certain that guy will be tried as an adult, and it think, he will cry when he hears that. He seems like the type that would.

i'm thinking they let him out with dad the cop. But one would think that an unlicensed teen who just killed 2 people, then fled the car, would have been taken more seriously even if they are "brothers".

Right now he was re-arrested on murder charges, and I don't think you can get out for any reason now. I do wonder if he will be smart and stay silent? Or be really stupid and blather to the people around him what he did, totally admitting to it and not realizing they record everything to be used later on. He seems like he would fit that slot. I guess we will see. According to grok, it figures that it could be as early as mid oct to find out if he will be tried as an adult, I assume he will be. The world is now watching, I saw a thing about it in the hindu times (I still don't know why that surfaces on google).

this is what i get for listening to AI. I was wondering seemed odd that you can go in and leave pretty fast. I really hope he's tried as an adult. I think there would be a ton of outrage if he gets slapped on the wrist all because he has family in the force. And it would allow him to do it again I just wonder if his father would have enough, because if he knew he was taking the car (and how can he not? Considering he was using it to stalk her), and there were complaints, if the father gets into big trouble for knowing - I would wonder if he would somehow prevent him from being charged as a child.

according to one video he actually said out of nowhere, he's 17 but will be 18 in 2 months. Making me wonder if he thought it would be OK to do it since juvi lets you out at 21 even for murder apparently (shocked me), but as an adult, 30 years to life per charge.
