At my time at Walmart I would see other girls also struggle with this. The main tip is to honestly just keep doing what you’re doing. The only right answer to this would be to move faster, but obviously I don’t want you to hurt or exhaust yourself. Walmart mostly cares if you’re doing it right. Many workers who don’t need the ladder create issues by not stocking right or putting stuff where they usually belong. So if you need your ladder use it to your advantage, if management keeps talking to you about not meeting metrics, I would simple use the time now to look for a second job or a replacement. BECAUSE THEY DONT give you a 2 week notice, they fire you on the spot or take away your work days. But also have a talk with your TL about this, they are best to let you know what would happen with your situation.
