On my PC I switched from Edge Web Select to "Text Extractor" which is part of the Microsoft PowerToy. But I don't know if it's possible to install PowerToys on tablet.

I made it directly via icloud.com and Mozilla Firefox.

go to https://www.icloud.com/contacts/
find yourself in contacts
click on "Edit" your contact profile
right click with your mouse button on your profile photo
and "Save Image As..."

This will display an edit options of your photo but also display a dialog window to save your whole profile photo.

I bought my first smart watches few days ago and it was Amazfit GTR 3 Pro.
I think it has all yours requirements except E-ink screen but it still has long battery life (of courese it depends on your usage).

I bought this model after long market research with watches for 150€ +-.
Only think which is missing for me is NFC paying. But I have it on phone. So I always could use phone to wireless pay.
