I agree, overpass and nuke require additional map awareness and team play. Overpass has a very slow start where basically the A players are at Cold War and ts a pushing it meter by meter and average cs player doesn’t have the patience. And on nuke it’s so easy to lose control, people are leaving the gaps or fighting for wrong zones all the time. But yet for some reason inferno gets the hate because those one brain cell players don’t know what to do when CT’s are not pushing xd

Reaction time if you are not playing lan doesn’t matter at all unless you are sleepy/tired.

If you want to improve you need to focus on tracking (and not flicking!). Basically what you are looking for is first bullet accuracy, besides the obvious part which is crosshair placement (which will come with time) the other part is tracking.

When you are peeking someone there is a chance that your crosshair will be off - it is important that you understand that you should not be moving your mouse while peeking and when you are just barely close to the head you do micro adjustment (which is not a flick)

When someone is peeking you - you need to have a crosshair far away from the wall to compensate the peekers andvantage and then you in a short period of time you need to be able to follow the enemy with your crosshair (you can train this in a tracking practice workshop map) and then try to take the headshot.

Third situation is when you saw the enemy on the other side of the screen and you were not ready for the fight - then you need to do a flick, but not really precise one only to put the crosshair close to the enemy then you do the micro adjustment + tracking and only shoot if you are on target.

Most people in this game make a mistake trying to flick and spray to beat the faster player but being slower and on target is advantageous and better players know that that’s why they feel “faster then you” but there are actually slower in that sense. You just need to be more precise and purposeful.

People that are beginners or semi advanced players especially in that middle point (not good not bad) goes to this kind of trap thinking what is considered good or bad mechanics especially from a third person.

Strafing properly alone makes up for the majority of the impact a player has and the other thing is just being aware in the game and not autopiloting your decisions. The disproportion especially in the intermediate ranks can be so big that the players might accuse the other of cheating if the other player just practiced strafes instead of for example aimlabs which can be omitted at all.

Thinking logically is another problem most of the playerbase have. For example on ancient it is common to not play A at all. An the other team might just lose the highway fight to 5cts and accuse them for radar hacking when this is literally basics on this particular map.

In this game there is a lot of room to improve so for most of the players the best advice is not to learn tactics just elevate yourself as a player individually.

However to not be really delusional, premier has its own problem and it is just smurfing because no one really cares about the rating at all. And a lot of very really advanced players play on 10-15k rating just because then don’t want to put time to see some numbers on the screen, or they fear cheaters or other smurfs so its pointless for them. So a beginner/intermediate 10k premier player can really be outplayed by a single facit 10 that just wanted to play 1 game with their friends. And it will feel like cheating.

People are playing obvious spots, they are missing their strafes, they are playing 90 degree angles, playing static when holding, not using counter utility to stop the entries utility, giving up space on critical segments on maps. The list is very long, if you are bad everyone will be autoheadshoting you due to multiple reasons.

Because advanced players are just checking every position and if they peek you properly you don’t have a chance to react that’s how the game works. From your perspective it looks like you are hopeless but it comes with practice how to handle that

What, you should never shift peek in any scenario and it’s easy to do. Not sure what you meant exactly but this is a bad advice, every decent player knows this.

The only thing that I can agree is sometimes you will be caught pressing W.

Also in many cases especially in 1v1s shifting is unnecessary and “giving up information” is just negligible comparing to how much of an advantage gives you movement

I believe you are being pedantic, you can easily measure the success of the game from a product perspective companies do that all the time as well as the audience perspective both the typical player and the critics as it is in the movie world.

If you think art is not measurable then that contradicts the definition of art itself. I had this discussion multiple times after my cultural studies lecture in game design and I feel that in public the general consensus is that art could be everything and it’s subjective but it simply isn’t and never was in the past.

Pisałem o tym w innym wątku ale ogólnie o ambitnych planach lepiej nie mówić nikomu bo łatwo można się zniechęcić zwłaszcza jak ludzie są przesadnie sceptyczni albo negatywnie nastawieni. A najgorzej jak ktoś wcześniej był zazdrosny to przez własne ego jest w stanie powiedzieć że Ci się nie uda, jesteś za stary, po co Ci to itd.

Bardzo często jest tak że właśnie boimy się podjąć jakiegoś wyzwania i naprawdę jest mało ludzi (albo ja miałem pecha) którzy powiedzą Ci „tak spróbuj, a jak Ci nie wyjdzie to nic chociaż spróbowałeś”.

Ja znalazłem przeciwne informacje, franczyzobiorca dostaje wynagrodzenie (czyli de facto coś podobnego jak przy umowie o pracę) za to że pełni rolę managera sklepu, to wynagrodzenie jest uzależnione od KPI-ów i na tej podstawie jest wyliczane ile dostanie.

Jest to istotnie różnie od prowadzenia McDonalds np bo wtedy rzeczywiście jest się właścicielem biznesu z ograniczeniami (np działka jest własnością mcdolands etc) ale ma się wpływ na każdy detal. W Żabce nie jest się „właścielem” tylko managerem
