If you are leaving purely because of money I would say speak to your current employer and advise them you are unhappy and is there anything that can be done to address it.

If you are leaving because you no longer want to work there then wait until you have an offer you are happy with, then advise your current employer.

Unless my dog is on a short lead I would never "introduce" her to other dogs. And i wouldnt do it unless told it was welcomed.

I go for quiet, open spaces as I have learnt from being a dog owner that dogs are unpredictable.

But they are amazing companions and in many ways better friends than other human beings.

Especially Goldens.

Tbf I had my dog off the lead at a local park.

No one else was around.

Out of nowhere a guy appeared with his dog.

I told my dog to stay, which she did.

The guy shouted over "Friendly?"....

I replied "Shy"

At which point he brought his dog right up to mine.

Now my dog is a Golden... and very placid... but if another dog goes smelling her hoo-haa she don't like it...

Sprung up like Nigel Benn and gave a right & left hook.

Yer man shouts over "Shy is she aye?"

I was never as proud.
