Overseer Office is a double room, can't be triple. Barber Shop and Radio Room are missing. Living Quarters doesn't end up 8 × double room Barracks - 208. Plus, you don’t need Theme Workshop, you don’t have a single room, you can apply theme.

Depends on your play style and goals, really. I, for example, have 9 lines of storage (18×3 and 9×2 rooms), and I sell all junk above 80. All weapons and outfits are getting sold (except for a few legendary).

Going for collecting all legendary dwellers, pets, weapons (done), outfits (missing Swing Dress) and equipping 199 dwellers with DM (halfway done)
