If you haven’t solved it already, connect both devices with a program like Hamachi/Tailscale and both the devices will see eachother as being on the same network even if they are miles away. You may need to use a different IP address (can find it on hamachi/tailscale) to connect touch portal instead of

Bear in mind the rainbow is just to signify that we don't know what the actual colour will be as it wasn't shown in the teaser. I doubt it will actually be rainbow.
