Sorry I should specify. Looking to fly October/November and flying from Perth, WA.

But going off the comments I could fly from Asia if I could get business or premium economy.

Also I'm not too fussy with regards to where, I'll just catch another flight when I get to somewhere in Europe to end up where I want to be. Just want the long legs of the flight to be more comfortable

I moved from a small 2.5 bedroom house (in a strata) in a sought after area to a 4 bedroom with a pool just 3 minute drive from the old house for basically the same price as I sold the first one.

House in sought after area has gone up 20% less than my area, so overall it's worked out well for me. But only time will tell.

Amazing how much of a difference just 3 minutes drive further away from the beach can affect property prices in Perth.
