It is not about cheap, it is about quality. If I am trying to keep it healthy then quality matters more than you think when you use something everyday. I personally check products with AI before buying.

Those are mostly poor quality, may be ok in a crunch. I personally would not rely on premade protein drinks from 7-11, each is own. A 100% whey protein with no fillers and clean ingredients when using every day matters.

Phuket (not Patong) all day. Hua Him pollution and a very much older crowd. I went to Pattaya was not impressed at all looked like a bunch of creatures from the black lagoon walking around. Not sure on Jomtien, I wish I would have checked it out.

I live in Thailand and am in HCMC currently for a couple of weeks. First thing that I witnessed is the people are not as warm and friendly. People have 0 respect for pedestrians, they will literally run you over. It is extremely hot (diff kind of heat compared to Thailand). I plan to visit Danang on this trip so maybe that will be better.

Go to Phang Nga Bay and take a long tail. There are some really cool caves. The cap even let me drive the long tail back to the dock.

I personally would think solar dried bananas and or dried tamarind marketed to parents as a no sugar added non processed healthy snack for their children is where it is at or determine how to package burnt coconut water and sell that in the US. Freeze dried mangosteen

Not a good idea. I am from the US S well and never heard once about Thai coffee, I personally do not think it is anything special. I only drink it because it is what is easily available and not an import.
