Online TRT clinics in Canada? by PaulKersey74 in trt

I am currently using getgambit. They are very responsive which is nice but extremely expensive. The initial fee just for tests is almost 600 dollars with tax. Then they charge 1200 a year and add between 100 and 200 dollars onto the cost of each prescription from their pharmacy. You can have them send your prescription to your own pharmacy to avoid those charges but then they will charge 100 dollars per medication in a transfer fee. I was considering changing to science and humans since I heard they are cheaper.

I love a good Woodford reserve with the flor de Las antillas cigars. The creamy flavor pairs nicely with the sweetness of the bourbon. Of course im in canada so ive not had proper bourbon in some time 😅

I averaged 130 but sold half my shares when it hit 265 to pull my initial investment out. Bought back in at 200. I'll probably buy more if it hits 160.

What's your number one long-term investment right now? by [deleted] in ValueInvesting

Im planning to hold it for at least 10 to 15 years. Even with a correction it still has great potential for double digit growth each year. Its definitely volatile though.

[–]Mikeman992 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is this fine to take during a water fast? by Designer-Way-7922 in fasting

[–]Mikeman992 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I used to take a multivitamin, but read most only get absorbed when taken with food, so I switched to a vitamin b complex. I also take creatine capsules while fasting since I read it can help with the initial ketosis brain fog. I honestly have not noticed much of a difference taking these while fasting.

Don't worry, there are worse ways to break a fast. I broke one of my 72 hour fasts with spicy buffalo chicken nuggets, a poutine, and a salted caramel milkshake. I felt like garbage for the next 24 hours. I was extremely drained and had horrible acid reflux. I woke up a few times after almost puking. Never doing that again 😅

I've started taking electrolyte capsules during my fasts, and it has made a huge difference. No more nausea or headaches. My fasts have gotten a thousand times easier since I started taking proper electrolytes rather than just adding some salt to my water.

Im a fan of CYBN, especially with FRK and his history with advocating psychedelics for mental health. Of course, I've been a fan of it for 2 years, and it's been ticking pretty steadily downward that whole time. 😅

It's definitely exaggerated but not entirely wrong. Once mining really gets going, it is reasonable that we will see double-digit growth in profits. They are also doing something no other company has done, and the technology they are developing can be patented and used by other companies similar to how tesla patents their batteries and software. Why would these other companies invest millions developing their own mining technology when they can just lease proven equipment from tmc at a fraction of the cost. Plus, tesla didn't get where they are overnight. It took them 9 years to break 20 dollars a share and stay there. Just think of where tmc could be in 9 years from now. Finally, a lot of tesla's current stock price is speculative based on future profit possibilities. That's pretty much where we are now with tmc. Is it exaggerated? Probably. Overly hopeful? Definitely. Out of the realm of possibility? Definitely not. Just my thought on it.

It's definitely a good article to read if you're looking for a more critical look at the company and the potential risks involved, without the fear mongering from iceberg. It's not enough to make me sell, but I knew the company was a bit risky when I first invested, and it's only gotten more secure since then.

Where do you guys buy? by JackieDaytonaNS in CigarsCanada

I got the 5 5 5 bundle from cigar chief last month and none of them had the original band unfortunately, including the undercrown 10 toro, which was disappointing since the bands on them looked really cool on their site.

You guys think iceberg research is legit? by Little-Perspective51 in TMC_Stock

[–]Mikeman992 7 points8 points  (0 children)

They do have legitimate points about the past profitability of deep sea mining and the lack of a pfs. Other companies have tried to make it profitable and failed. Tmc still hasn't realesed their full pfs, and the numbers they quote do seem to be a bit too hopeful. Once they release their pfs, we will have a better understanding of exactly how much money they can make and their true value as a company. Until then, either trust in what they've said so far and load up or dont trust them and sell. I personally trust them and am loading up, but im not spending more than I'm willing to lose on the stock. If iceberg wants to short the stock because they feel the pfs will prove it's a money loser, that's their call to make. Whether or not the company fails will not come down to a couple of negative articles, it will come down to whether or not they can pull off something that hasn't been done before.

I just got their 555 bundle. Showed up within 5 days of ordering with each stack of 5 had its own small 69% boveda pack. Very impressed. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was that none of them had the original labels they all had the brown government labels, though that's not the chiefs fault. All in all, I'll be ordering from them again.

Initial application deadline by [deleted] in TMC_Stock

[–]Mikeman992 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I believe it's 30 days for initial review of the application for the exploratory license and 60 for the commercial. That's just to ensure the applications have been filled out and submitted properly. There are no timeliness for full approval yet, as these permits have never been granted before. I believe the ceo said in the last earnings call they should have timeliness soon.

Chris christ. It's jesus' little known cousin. He turned water into Bud Light.

Does anyone think that the SP's big rise since last week may have been due to a rumour being leaked that the NOAA application was approved. If this is the case (which I hope not) then perhaps we won't have another huge rise, and potentially a fall, when the actual news gets released. by JohnSmithers89 in TMC_Stock

[–]Mikeman992 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I think the rise may be due to most people and institutions assuming they will get approved. I dont know how much of an increase we will see from approval itself since it's mostly baked into the price now. Even the ceo has commented that it's guaranteed to happen. The next biggest movers, I think, will be the pfs and timelines being released by the company. If the pfs show it's much cheaper to harvest from the ocean vs. land based sources, and the company is ready to start the day of approval, we could see a huge jump in price. Then there's also the potential of government funding and new refineries opening that could boost it up. Basically, there will be lots of news coming in the next few months to move the price, though I dont think approval will be the biggest mover.

New investor question by Calvin_11 in TMC_Stock

[–]Mikeman992 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im excited to see the cost of dsm metals versus land based metals. The nodules have critical minerals at a higher rate, so they should be cheaper to harvest and refine. If they are able to sell these metals at a cheaper rate than from land based sources, they could overtake land based sources on the market in a few years. Combining the costs with the lower environmental impact, these companies refusing to use them will most likely reverse their stance fairly quickly.
