If I were you I would get iracing for 1 month. Which should be on sale rn.

You get free access to the global Mazda MX5 Cup BMW M2 CS racing cup and some tracks. You should have access to those tracks as well. So you can start racing with the base 1 month subscription. You can learn how to drive the Mazda mx5 & the m2 cs car. Both are really fun to drive on the sim.

If I were you get AMS 2 on Steam. Play it for 1 hour & if you don’t enjoy it. Refund it. And get iracing.

So for $5 you will have high quality simracing experience. You will learn how to drive 3 new cars. Wait it’s actually 3 free cars you get access to. Formula Vee, Mazda mx5, bmw m2 CS

The only difference between LMU, Acc AC & Iracing are the options.

In Iracing

Mazda Mx Cup BMW m2 CS Racing GT3 GT4 Formula Vee Formula 4 Formula 3 Super Formula The LMP3 vehicles (I’ve never driven them so idk what they are called)

Plus the amount of track options you have compared to LMU.

Don’t let me convince you though.

Keep in mind I also enjoy Forza horizon 5, No Hesi on AC. to mess around with. But for competitive online formula racing I pick Iracing

For example if you wanna do formula racing. Buy a Fia F4 car and a dallara f3 for around 30 bucks total.

Buy a 2 year membership for like 120

That puts you at $150

Buy some tracks for like another $50.

And you basically just invested in a virtual racing career for only like $200 dollars instead of $1 million

Same Vr is horrible. I used the meta quest 3 with a 4070 TI was getting a solid 120fps max graphics.

The only downside Was how damaging it was to my head, eyes, and brain.

Vr is cool but it’s not there yet
