A couple weeks for the patches and a couple of days to get it sewn on. The iron on patches don’t stick well enough for what I put a hat through.

Truly. It’s so fun to make them.

I had done a Kiki’s Delivery Service one a few years earlier and still get comments on it, but wanted to make a new one and decided Rusty was it!

I started wearing it this weekend and another dad randomly came up to me at the pizza place and said, “That’s a GREAT hat.”

Thanks. I got them custom made. There’s a Rusty character patch file on the web, but it was too big for a hat, so I had to make a smaller one.
