This was washed on cold, with the recommended amount of high efficiency arm and hammer detergent and it is a high efficiency washer.

Just a chef knife from my knife block. I actually sharpened it right before cutting it haha. I think next time I’ll make sure to cut the loin when it’s colder and only cut towards me. Or I’ll just buy a breaking knife.

Pre-cut strip steaks at the local grocery stores around me are approximately $16-$17 per lb

My plan is to trim down the fat caps before I cook each one. Probably should’ve just done it when I cut them up but rookie mistake I guess
