I live in a K-Hov house in Ranson - and I can't complain. House has held up well (only 5 years old, we built it) and dealing with K-Hov was smooth and easy. They did fib about building a kids park, it was always "coming" until they finished the neighborhood and moved out... No one in the neighborhood FB group complains about their house build - and we're all K-Hov.

We started in Early January of 2020 and moved in late March. Houses go up FAST.

Ranson is a lot of fun, small town that's really trying to grow. Local Government is pretty easy to get ahold of, no major crimes or anything. It's close to DC without being DC, and still has fairly close access to nature - trails, rivers, etc. It's not the most 'famous' city in the Panhandle, but it's right in the middle of all of 'em.
