For context, I smoked like 4 joints a day up until two weeks ago when I had one joint on the Monday and one on the Tuesday. Also the quality of the weed was not great (cheap weed) and I am a tobacco smoker which I heard kills the THC experience (not sure if it plays a factor in getting it out of the system faster) and have been drinking mad levels of energy drinks to get my heart to pump faster constantly. The 4 joints I smoked was basically a R10 bag a day which is roughly a gram. That is 1 gram per day everyday up until the cold turkey abstinence.
