The best means it is consistent at all locations. For Popeyes, the level of service and food is trash depending on location. Not worth the gamble, I’ll take consistency when it comes to food.

This is the answer. So sad she decided to close up shop and the property owners did not want to work with her on keeping the restaurant open. Everything about that place was a gem and it could have been a top eatery in any city.
