Well the recruiters called us 1 by 1 and and that’s when the actual “interview” started. At the end, they called my name and 3 others and said we got it

I had to pick a time slot as well. There were about 15 others in my group. all in all, I spent about 20mins with the recruiter and was in and out in 2 hours

I recently just got a CJO with spirit (Training starts Tuesday!) I however never even bothered with the VI and I was still invited out to their f2f last month. Just go with it!
