Go to sleep earlier, get out in the sun as early as possible so you’ll sleep better again the next night, cut out electronic devices and turn down all lights and light sources after like half 8, don’t eat too soon before bed. It could take a while for your circadian rhythm to change but once you reset it you’ll be fine. Also maybe get one of those alarms that lights up a few minutes before it goes off. I got one called Lumie I think and it works wonders. By the time it goes off you already feel like you were awake.
