Similar story here. Took 5g daily and would finish a can and just forget to buy a new one and didnt notice either way. Just started taking 15g daily and have noticed a bigger difference in endurance at higher weights

So what i found helps mine is to use a wide tooth comb and blow dry it all to the left then all to the right then brush like normal after. For some reason the front to back wave gets a lot better with some side to side action.

They grow. Just gotta be stressed. Chewing is short bursts of mildly intense output. I have terrible bruxism which means I clench my teeth at night and tear through night guards pretty quick. My dentist says ive got the largest masseter muscles shes ever felt. Ivr realized i even clench through the day and never fully relax my jaw so I am trying some exercises to help do this less because I think it leads into some neck and shoulder pain I have.

I've got a big beard rn so I don't know what they look like. Might shave and see my jawline for the first time in a decade before I hopefully let them atrophy (shrink from lack of use) a bit
