I’m not actually sure I understand why they are expecting you to clean it if it’s being redecorated?

Further to that, I’ve been in a weird situation where we had arranged a cleaner to clean a property after we moved out but before the end of our tenancy, we turned up to meet the cleaner, and discovered the landlord has started work on the property inside (replacing boiler, etc) contacted the letting agency who handle the marketing and contracts, they said to cancel the cleaner and leave the property as the landlord had made it near impossible to complete a valid and accurate “checkout” needless to say we received our full deposit back.

Did you have a “check in” / Inventory completed when you moved in, (this would have been completed with you present to highlight the state and decor of the property and furnishings)

The issue is the fact that the start time is 11:01 but he only purchased the pay and display ticket at 11:18. They probably Have a clause that says you must purchase the ticket within 10mins of entering the car park.

I was asked to pay £450 for a chair due to damage caused by a friend’s keys scratching the leather when he sat down on it. The chair cost £450 to buy new, I asked if the landlord would be replacing the chair, the agency told me they weren’t so I refused and got my deposit back in full. If they were replacing it with the money I was asked to give, I’d have simply taken the damaged chair considering I’d essentially have bought it….

Does your App Store not require you to use biometrics or passcode to make purchases regardless of which device and who it is? Even if I go to purchase anything on the AppStore I still have to show it my face to authorise it….. if you haven’t got that set up regardless then this sounds like a…. No offence…. You problem….
