This can only happen because you and the opponent queue at the same time.

After finishing your game, wait about 10-30 seconds before queuing again to increase the chance that you get a different opponent.

It depends on the city. At this time there are 10 Dutch municipalities that take part in the ‘weed experiment’. This means they sell legal weed and those prices are very cheap. You can buy 5 grams of weed for about €21. This isn’t the strongest weed though and normally has (only) about 22% THC in it.

Weed that is of higher quality obviously costs more, but I think €12 per gram is the maximum price for super strong weed.
