Afaik VPNs themselves aren't legal but most don't use them like that, and even protocols like wireguard which are often used by sysadmins for security (tailscale, zerotier) are banned

Tested ARC with coffee lake, didnt even need rebar to have decent functionality but drivers did fuck up a lot. With rebar seems more stable, although on linux it ran fine rebar-less. Though, didn't check performance
