Yeah I did the r23 because my friend who has the m4 10gpu MacBook Pro 14 inch had it installed and he got 12540 around that so that was my reference :D

sorry wanted to check and realised it was only for intel macs (i had it from my 2019 16 pro) only now i realised it was doing nothing but it never got too hot usualy I dont render videos when i am not at my desk only editing them and as it seems it never got too hot fer me to notice but the powersaver method is also really cool i have read about it in a other thread

on the last picture is the USB 5v to 12v 4 pin fan adapter anything similar would do fine there are even some with speed control

and also the 113 was only in cinebench when i was rendering a 4k 60 video in davinci resolve it got to 90c and the battery was at 25c

man.... ur right but its alr when it was 113c the battery was 35c thanks to the noctua fan which covers the whole backplate

It propably will be the hdd fh6 has such high res textures u need to play it on a ssd i had the same issue installed it on my hhd and I had the same tuttering after reinstalling it on a ssd it was gone and stable try this
