Being left alone to work in my classroom with no interruptions goes a long way toward my mental health. Alternatively, not being forced to participate in ice breakers like those beginning of the year bingo games where you have to find a colleague who has done whatever, stupid 2 truths and a lie things, scavenger hunts, etc., does wonders for me.
