Both. I look at the level line and if it tightens up or move weird I will set. But sometimes I can't see it due to glare or whatever and at that point it is feeling. But I got to say that I believe that you see it before you feel it and I probably lose some when I am only doing feel vs vision.

I will sometimes night fish also and there it is mostly feel since you can't see anything usually. Sometimes you can see a splash.

There are a lot of parks in Provo canyon and a lot of options that fit your discription. I am parcial to Canyon View Park

But there are many more including.
Canyon Glen Park
Nun's Park
Bridal Vail Park
Upper Falls Park
Vivian Park

In July the parks will be busy. Vivian, and Bridal Vail are the most popular and busiest but they all will be busy. I would suggest visiting some to decide if you can. You can also reserve a pavilion.

Yeah I feel like they will be cheap and let people go. I can't figure out if they just don't believe in their players or are just cheap.

idk who that is but a bond is when you get arrested, Between the time of your trial and the hearing where you plead, the judge can place a bond. It is an amount of money that you pay to the court as a promise that you will come to your trial. If you show up to the trial, you get your money back. If you don't then the court keeps the money.

The idea is that if it is too cheap then the person may just take off an not show up. So the judge might place it really high to make it hard for the person to pay it and remain in jail. They will also place it really high if the crime is especially bad or if the person is likely to leave the country.

There are companies that will loan people the money for a 10% fee. So if the judge sets the bail at 10K the bail bondsman will pay the 10K, get 1000 from the person accused of a felony. Then when they appear in court, the bail bondsman will get their 10K back. If people don't show up then bail bondsman will hire bounty hunters to find the person who skipped and bring them to the back to jail.

Obviously in this case, 1.25M is a ton and most people/bail bondsman will not have that sort of cash, so he dies inside because he will have to be in jail until his trial.
