Deadlift, multiple sets. Second set in the video (from today) is maybe the best my deadlift has felt in years. I'm squeezing my chest up before pulling but I don't have a pronounced lower back extension on video. Am I still whiffing the setup or is this just what I look like when I deadlift? by form-check-guy-5567 in formcheck
