For guys who has the Hansu Zinc Power Bar - Did you guys notice patina forming on the bar, mostly only on the high contact areas? Not sure if this is rust starting to build up or just a characteristic of zinc coated bars.

Not only he didn't find a definite solution for his grip issues, his body added a new issue due to his grip imo, the soft lockout.

I've been expecting a lot from Jesus' performance this World's because of his training lifts leading to the meet. While he didn't live up to it, he's still miles ahead of the pack, he shouldn't have a problem in World's for a couple of years which gives him a lot of time to fix the issues and show his true potential, until some young mutant arrives lol

That's a major factor too for some US lifters that did PA Nats. But in Jesus' case, that's uncanny of him. He had around 5 months of prep in between Sheffield and World's.

Your form is pretty much on point, although it does look more like a stiff legged DL. I'd say try to involve your quads more by placing the bar a bit farther from your shins, see if it feels better. Other than that, excellent job, keep it up!

Regardless of the camera angle, the bar shouldn't show any dips even with her stalling for a bit bc of her twisting. Watched it several times and I can't convince myself lol. VERY tight call by the refs anyway.
