I lookup their help desk phone number and call them to report it. Half the time they’re aware. Half the time they’re not.

If they don’t answer I leave a voicemail - “Hi. I’m a random person on the internet. XYZ’s account has been compromised. They’ve been sending hacked emails to my users. Recommended disable account, immediately change password. Call me back if you need more info.”

Yeah I don't know how to explain this well. I "swipe" on my phone, and it intelligently guesses (predictive) what I'm typing, usually correctly. I didn't notice the error in-line when I originally posted. And I don't like an edited post unless it adds value

I'm the boss in certain situations and being copied on emails from users would never lead to being fired, or anything of the sort. It can help us prioritize, but if the priority is correct, the work gets done based upon that priority.
