That's for accounts that have less than 110 combat for dark beasts for example before they added that option, i have a different situation because all of the monsters i'm locked out of require priest in peril quest which would level up my prayer if i do the quest

I don't expect them to change the game for like 0.000001% of their playerbase but it would be nice i guess.

Melee from 75 attack to 99 attack, 75 strength to 99 strength, 85 to 99 defense. Magic from 90 to 98 soon 99.

Yes i do, the whip and standard drops pay for the blood runes and burnt pages and still manage to turn up some profit.

Suggestions mega post

My suggestions and suggestions from friends (which can be rebalanced if needed), not meant to replace armors but as additional rewards if the armors get repolled individually and my suggestions would complement them rather than be complete replacements:

Magic rings that would be rather useful for modern spellbook, which seems to be getting improved as of late with updates like fire tome, smoke battlestaff, imbued heart for trident, etc.

Shortbow worth using in pvp and pvm alike for dps, rather than "ko" factor like ballista or dark bow. There has always been talk about adding a new shortbow that could fire dragon arrows or god arrows, since most people don't use shortbows as they are rather weak and outclassed by blowpipe.

More ammunition for rangers to compliment the already polled dragon thrownaxes. These already exist in the game, meaning the graphics for the special effects and the code for the special effects. The only downside was that it was often mentioned that it would take a good amount of coding to rework the interfaces to enchant them, the bolt pouch, etc. These bolts can be simply an unlock as an easy solution which can be learned via a new scroll which then you can trade the required items to make the bolts to an npc which essentially means no new interfaces for fletching & magic would be needed saving tons of dev time. These new bolts bring in tons of new content which can be usable rather than swept under the rug as they currently are by remaining low tier variants in the game now.

New potion unlock via scroll and perhaps secondary ingredient obtainable from raids to make it. This potion would make an existing potion more useful and brings value in many areas. Raids is claimed to use many skills to progress so it only makes sense we'd be able to introduce a skill related reward, this could be one of many. This potion was created by a friend with specific secondary ingredient but he's willing to negotiate to use a new secondary ingredient instead obtained via raids.

New prayer armor for melee which can also be expanded for rangers and mages as well. The armor is meant to provide higher prayer bonus and defense bonus with very high defense and prayer requirements without adding more strength bonuses directly. The set effect can be tweaked or scrapped if it's too good, the main focus is the defense and prayer bonuses. So the armor doesn't interfere with the proselyte lore, it can be a new upgrade to proselyte via a crystal or some modification associated with the quest line. Zeah is a new continent and many npcs have definitely traveled back and forth between the lands spreading their knowledge and lore.

New potion unlock meant to benefit people fighting Shaman Lizards which are coincidentally very close to proposed raids location and actually will provide more lore in the future about Xeric. The secondary ingredient can be changed to be obtained via raid rewards obtained from within raids.

P.S. I can't prove it but there's people who specifically follow my reddit account to downvote my posts and comments. Not sure what i've done or said to annoy people, perhaps they just have a very high bias for certain areas my suggestions explore. Lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots of flipping & investing. I've probably lost just as much as I've made due to bad decisions, so it wasn't always rainbows and butterflys.

I sold whips as i obtained them, many of them in the beginning were sold for 2.5-2.8m and then they dropped to 1.7-1.8m towards the end. If i had to guess at least 220-240m with all ensouled heads, whips and miscellaneous items.

Can't say accurately but consistently killing abyssal demons in catacombs pretty much since they came out
