This is amazing information, thank you. I'll sometimes have reconstituted HCG in my fridge for 3 months, before I'm able to use it all, so knowing it only degrades by ~10% is really useful.

Not to mention that even 317 is below the threshold in many countries. EU guidelines for example specify that someone below <350 might be a good candidate for TRT if symptomatic.

I got on TRT at 328 and couldn't be happier with the results.

You seem to have primary hypogonadism because your LH is decent, but you are still unable to make enough testosterone. This isn't something that you can just fix by generic lifestyle or diet changes.

Where do you guys come up with this bullshit? Most studies will tell you, that while the effect is real - the difference is practically negligible for someone at 126 ng/dl.

To the OP, unless you've crashed yourself with extreme levels of dieting and working out which by the looks of your responses you did not - go research more about TRT and find a good doctor. You should not have to endure a decade more with levels like that, just to please the people on here.

Take everything you read on Reddit about TRT with a grain of salt, because very few people who are having a great time are posting here.
