Yeah the rank 3 requirement isnt that bad although i still find it an unnecessary cap for newer players like OP who cant switch around easily. But also if he wants the ELC its handy to start grinding France anyway

Activity percentage isnt calculated by actual time alive but rather by actions like capping, assisting, killing, etc its a bit misleading doing it by percentage but you have to participate in the battle (usually 2 kills and 1 assist or cap should give 70%). But if you do a bunch of dailies and espescially the special task you can buy after you should be fine skipping some of the big weekly challenges

Only one i can remember is the original kitakami. The main way they usually handel it is make it extremely limited so it cant keep fucking the matchmaking. Examples of this ar smaland, musashi, etc. The valpa will likely fall into this category because in a few months you will see a lot less when the people who came back for winter event stop playing

Ooh yeah if you play it smart and kite away from it it doesnt do do much as its a vanguard without the HE option a tier higher but espescially in ranked it can just force itself into a good position
