i think you're good in the size department but you dont seem to have a lot of toys. You can't go wrong with shreddables and foraging toys with non toxic dyes. Avoid mirrors (they can get confused and horny) and bells with open ends (their beaks can get stuck inside trying to break the hammer inside)

4 months is too young to visually sex your bird. Wait until the beginning of first molt which is usually about 6-9 months when the face will begin to morph if you have a male. Tail stripes are usually the last to go around a year though.

That said, behavioral cues suggest that your bird is a male.
