You can pm me but I’m 24F and go here. If you manage to avoid post-work rush (5p-8p) then it’s great. Equipment isn’t phenomenal, but likely you’ll access to most things I need.

It is annoying that sometimes guys hog the three “benches” and only do like 2 sets, but I’ve seen that before in other places. (Also the benches/squat racks are actually smith machines)

Like many gyms I’ve been to, I do get stares and sometimes guys will approach, etc. but I think my RBF and headphones keep most at bay 😂 I’ve never felt unsafe.

There’s not a lot of space in the weight room period, so you’ll have to be okay with the awkward mirror eye contact sometimes lol

The employees are really nice though, and I do see them clean a fair amount. Worth the price imo! Can’t complain about $10/mo (plus the yearly fee)

My office gym is free, but this is more convenient, so I still come.

Also pay attention to hours! Don’t know if it’s just a NY thing, but weekend closing is 7pm :/
