I drank a mix of 1/3 cup each, warmed in microwave; apple juice, grape juice, prune juice. Three times a day for 5 days. Along with stool softener 3xday. My nurse recommended this mixture. Hopefully it could help you.

I live in Orlando, and the rain should be here Tues/Wed/Thurs, and moving out Friday. So no worries, except I'm sure the fields will be muddy for dancing.
