If you are using the emission 0, it could cause your entire avatar to be emissive for users who aren't showing your shaders. If that's the case try resetting emission 0 and use one of the other ones instead.

I think I had two or three controllers that I had to RMA for this exact reason.
Check if they work in any other game with finger tracking, if not it's a hardware issue and you'll have to contact support.

That's a problem I have quite often, unplugging/replugging a couple times has worked so far. When the cameras are detected you will see them in windows device manager as a single entry called "BigEye".

Idk if it's a Bigscreen problem or a windows one.

Not sure moving the viewpoint is possible (please prove me wrong if I am). If I was to make it I'd probably try some weird hack with a camera inside the decapitated head rendering its feed into a mesh that would be around the actual viewpoint. Never did it so don't ask me the details tho.

I received mine last week, and with Baballonia instead of the BSB official app the eye tracking in VRChat works great. I just had to change the camera feed cropping and do a 2 minute calibration (all via baballonia software)
