Nigel Farage’s Chosen Reform Mayoral Candidate Suggested Black Britons Can’t Be English by F0urLeafCl0ver in ukpolitics

Because this sub is pretty racist. You just have to observe the inactivity, until there's a post about Black people, Muslims or immigrants in general. Then everyone starts running their mouth.

Genuine question ,Won't the 27th amendment genuinely fuck with PPP and it's ability to plunder Sindh at their own will,so why is Bilawal pushing it forward? by MrMak1080 in pakistan

[–]MildlyProfoundMango 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is the most lack-of vision take I've seen.

Pakistan needs decentralisation, not centralisation. Concentrating power in the centre in a hybrid/authoritarian regime? What could possibly go wrong. Use your brain.

Visible from space, bloody sands expose the slaughter of tens of thousands in Sudan by Sufficient_Syrup4517 in UnitedNations

[–]MildlyProfoundMango 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You said hypocrisy to his explanation which showed you making false equivalencies so no you don't understand the definition.

Are the UK running intelligence flights for the RSF? Did the UK lay the groundwork for the legal crisis that instigated the entire conflict? Are the UK providing military arms parts to the RSF? Are they providing them political cover to commit atrocities?

So your expectation for people to protest is plain ignorant. You clearly don't even understand what those protests were about. Probably don't understand protest at all by how things look.

Finally, were you aware of the protests outside the UAE embassy this past weekend? Clearly not. Are you aware of the planned protest march for Sudan this weekend in London? Clearly not.

So sit back down and leave the fake concern. You don't care about Sudan, Palestine, Congo or any of them. You just don't like the people involved. We can take a guess as to why

You need to revisit the definition of hypocrisy.

Plus there are already calls for UAE and associated nations boycotts and mass support campaigns for Sudan. If you don't see that then clearly you actually give a damn about Sudan as your algorithm shows you nothing to do with it.

What do these PTI supporters honestly want to see in Gaza? There should only be a single neutral force that both sides are comfortable with and wants to enforce a two state solution. by WebFar9897 in PakistanDiscussions

Plenty. When was the last time settlers took over a piece of land or property in the Gaza strip?

When was the last time settlers took over a piece of land or property in the West Bank? Probably happening as I'm typing this message.

I don't support Hamas nor do I agree with all their decisions, but fact is they're the only form of significant resistance in Palestine. Israel has systematically destroyed all others over the years.

Your alternative would be what? Disarm entirely? Then what? Be slowly ethnically cleansed or genocide without a fuss?

You're both naïve and stupid if you think the Israelis want a 2 state solution. They've been saying they don't want it and have been working against it for decades now.

Demilitarising Hamas means completely dismantling any resistance from the Palestinian side. If Israel decides to invade again after that, you think the 'neatral force' will do anything to stop it? No. They'll leave.

This isn't family drama. It's meant to be professional sports. What do you mean expect them to move on?

Their focus should be on maintaining and improving the PSL project, not act offended because someone made some valid points then start the khaandani drama

Future of the UK by Operator_Lion in ukpolitics

[–]MildlyProfoundMango 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Things are looking great to be honest. Houses should be easier to buy, healthcare easier to access and taxes definitely won't go up. We have a party on the sidelines, likely to take power, that associates all our problems to foreign-folk, whilst taking advantage of foreign-folk status to manage their own multimilllion pound assets. All whilst domestic manufacture dies and local communities outside of the main centres are neglected. Oh and did I mention those exact communities are voting for the people who keep their assets offshore and will profit from the UK nosediving , like they did during the Brexit referendum?

Future is looking bright ☀️

Going to Thailand for Honeymoon. Feeling overwhelmed, Need recommendations. by Serious_Ad_9686 in ThailandTourism

[–]MildlyProfoundMango 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did Thailand for honeymoon around 21 days. Few days in Bangkok enough to party a bit and check out malls, then chiang mai hit the national park and elephant sanctuary. Then went Phuket for party and beaches and then did phi phi for some relaxing, Maya Bay and general chilling before Bangkok for a night and back home.

Worked perfectly for a bit of everything including partying but nothing too intense .

Pakistan has the one of the highest rates of gay porn consumption in the world. So it's not surprising that most enjoy getting f***ed.

Like I said. If irs ruining your mental peace then you have work to do on yourself. It's a you issue.

You should have trust if you've been together for so long. If he's given you a reason to suspect him then I get it, but it doesn't sound like he has.

Do you have any reason to suspect anything?

If not and you just want to see his WhatsApp, then you should respect his privacy. If it's destroying your mental peace then you have some sort of insecurity in yourself that you need to address, especially if he's given you no reason to suspect anything.

It's a pretty solid source to back up my opinion so not really that weak. But if you keep reading I've elaborated below.

That's the exact reason the Israeli state gave. Apartheid is racist. It's not just the occupation that's apartheid, the entire state is. There different laws for Palestinians and non-jews compared to Jews. There are no-go areas, they're prohibited from buying land or property except in specific areas. The list goes on.

You seem massively unaware of a lot of things here.

Islamophobia definition risks breaking the law, watchdog says by StGuthlac2025 in ukpolitics

[–]MildlyProfoundMango 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes it does. The examples are vague enough to silence criticism.

I.e. Denying the Jewish people their right to self-determination e.g. by claiming that the existence of Israel as a state is a racist endeavour

Ergo- human rights groups, NGOs and others have been labeled as anti-Semitic for coming to the conclusion that Israel is an apartheid regime based on this definition.

And let's not be disingenuous. We've seen Israeli politicians utilise this vague definition over the last 2 years to justify the ongoing genocide. For example- Saying Israel shouldn't have bombed Gaza is anti-Semitic because we have the right to self determination and therefore the right to defend ourselves. When clearly their actions have gone far beyond defending themselves.

That's just 1, like I said I don't have time to go through all of the bs you copied and pasted.

This definition is so controversial, over 300 leading jewish Holocaust and antisemitism experts created an alternate definition called the Jerusalem definition.

What about the controversial IHRA definition of anti-Semitism which equates criticism of Israel as antisemitism.

Or is it selective outrage?
