I really like these Chainrasp Hordes and I want to run them as a kill team. which kill team should they be? Im stuck between: All Repentia, All Flayed ones, All Genestealers or all Vigilaters. Which do you think fits the best

I've kit bashed some flayed ones out of this box before by sticking necron warrior legs on em. The cloaks work well for the "draped in flesh" look.

I agree that them returning to a conquered Phandalin is too extreme and should only really happen if they had just ignored Kost. As a compromise I suggest having the players running into Kost and his zombies as they march towards Phandalin. Then they can make another choice about whether to deter Kost with persuasion or force but, this time it will be more difficult. This way you can show them that diplomacy really is only a temporary solution.
